Based in Tempe, Arizona since 2003, Charitable Heart has offered business and e-business management, strategic research, and public relations services to a variety of clients and industries including travel and hospitality, staff and volunteer supported non-profit organizations, and various professional and educational development plans for private individuals.  Since 2007, we narrowed our focus and energies, actively seeking to increase our client portfolio within the artistic community by providing our services for self-representing artists.

Our talented team is overseen by our company's founders who are experts in various fields including small to large business accounting and operational management, industry-related research and development, product-based marketing, communication, creative services, organizational training and development, and information management. 
Artist Concierge and Founder - Milissa Koehler, MA Ms. Koehler has spent more than half her life building expertise in a variety of workplace environments, ranging from public to private sector and from s-corporations to Global Fortune 100 companies. Prior to founding Above C Level, now operating as Charitable Heart, Milissa owned/operated a customer service oriented s-corporation that operated "in the black" within the first two months of operation.  She sold her ownership/interest seven years later to focus her attention on the completion of a Master's Degree in Communication.  Her long-term involvement in the business community runs parallel to her involvement within the non-profit community.  She has published articles promoting and celebrating community activism and is recognized within the volunteer community as a woman who has provided countless hours of pro-bono services, offering her insight with the very skills she mastered over the past 25 years, including public relations, training and quality management, strategic marketing/communication, research and development, feasibility plans, operational management and forecasting, customer satisfaction, and fundraising.

Creative Director - Yardley December Mannix:  Ms. Mannix is an independent jewelry designer and freelance graphic designer based out of Phoenix, Arizona. She has dabbled in many areas of the fashion industry for the past 5+ years including styling, design and marketing.  Yardley is a graduate of the Art Institute of Phoenix and holds a Bachelors of Art in Fashion Marketing. Her credits include working alongside fashion guru Tim Gunn, styling for the Phoenix-based Java Magazine and collaborating with many others in the industry both in Arizona and nationwide.
